We know buying and selling collectibles online can feel uncertain. That's why we take the time to provide actual images of millions of items we have listed, handle every transaction from start to finish, and stand behind all the products and services we offer. Buyer Guarantee

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with an item you purchased, you may return it for a refund. Return requests are accepted within 60 days of purchase or 30 days of delivery, whichever comes first. Items that need to be shipped back must be postmarked within 7 days of the return approval.

If you received a damaged item and the condition was not noted at the time of purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Transactions should always be made in good faith as both the buyer and seller intended. If you see an item that is mispriced, fraudulent, misidentified, or is otherwise listed in error, please contact us to alert us of the issue so we can work with the seller to correct the situation. Sales made in error may be canceled and reversed at our discretion.

Note for flippers: When you buy an item on COMC and relist it for sale, your purchase is deemed satisfactory and the sale is final. However, if the item later delivered turned out to have been misrepresented at the time of purchase, you may submit proof of the misrepresentation to us within 60 days of the original purchase date and we will work with the original seller to correct the situation.

Seller Return Policy

Buyers have 60 days from the date of purchase to request a return for any reason. An item eligible for return that arrives in the same condition as it was when sold will be returned to the seller and the seller's account will be debited the amount of the sale price.

There is no time limit for a buyer to return a fraudulent item. Any item we confirm to be fraudulent (altered or counterfeited to deceive a buyer and increase its value) will be returned to the original consignor and the consignor's account will be debited the amount of its most recent sale price plus any subsequent condition review or grading fees incurred via COMC. A $10 fee will also be charged to the consignor to offset the costs involved with return shipping and investigation.

Pricing Error Protection

We're all human and pricing mistakes can occur. If you misprice an item and it sells within 3 hours of listing, contact us within 24 hours of the sale and we will do our best to reverse the situation. You should exercise reasonable caution in all purchases and sales, particularly because multiple pricing-error sale reversals may result in additional penalties.

Very infrequently, items owned by someone else may be deposited to your account in error. If this ever occurs, please contact us promptly to alert us of the issue so we can issue the items to their rightful owner. Account holders are not permitted to price items that do not belong to them. We will take all necessary measures to reverse the actions of any seller who has intentionally priced items they do not own.
